Don't even try to compare the 2!! Ciara's isn't that good, but Hilary Duff is trying desperately to be punk rock and can't act OR sing. Even with that, they both still suck pretty bad.

ciara actually has talent while hilary just doesn't. i don't see how hilary even made it this far because she sucks as an actress, singer, and basically everything else she does and people still like her. maybe she's a representation of the mediocracy in all of us, i don't know. but i hate her.

I hate them both. I hate Hilary because the media is always shoving her down our throats. And I hate Ciara because guys are going crazy over her like she looks good. I thik she looks like a man. There are better looking girls on this site than Ciara.
