navigation err?

i tried making a iframe with a navigation and since it's on a different page. When i click the link my navigation part will turn to the link that you clicked...how can i make the side right side box change instead of the navigation. oh yes i used geocities for this but is there a code to it?

hmm i woulda just used a div instead ..
thats what i used on mysite because when i used an iframe i think i did it wrong and it came the same way

Try making a table. I used that on one of my geocities one time. It kinda worked.

you have to name your iframe, something like:
<iframe name="#box">

then on your link write:
<a ... target="#box">
