uhh i dont think psp8 can do that.. Only animation shop and imageready.. well its just a matter of basic animation.. where u place the X's in one place then you put it in another place.. but if you have animation shop I'll be happy to teach you

It's easier to do it with Imageready, you just make sparkles, and then motion tween it.

i think right after you make it shadowed, you expand it an copy and paste it into a transparent canvas thingy or something. i hope i made sense. xP

i never tried to get around that "border", ps sort of create it for you if you use blending effects like outerglow. simple way is just to fill the bg with whatever color you're using for the background on your page so it wont be visible.
