sorry another question, transparent scrollbars

I have had transparent scrollbars before, but now I don't know how to work them on my layout..here's the code I'm puttting in for the scrollbars:

i think you needa add tags

<style> and </style>



EDIT- this goes after the <!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->:
<style type="text/css"> then at the end of the whole code you put </style>

yes except the <style> at the top would be <style type="text/css">
