Braces, Things Keep Getting Stuck |

I got braces for quite awhile now, things keep getting stuck. REally annoying, does anyone have any suggestions of how to get rid of the food that stucks aside from brushing teeth?
 ( i hope this wasnt a topic started already i ran it through the search )
