see i had that problem. I used to be really big. I was 4'11'' and i weighed 160 lbs. If you wantto loose weight quickly drink water. But i booasted mine by exersicing. b/ced i played sports thats all i did and i lost 60 lbs. but when i dont exersise i do gain weight but only a few lbs. eating right helps to. i dont eat candy or candy bars i completly took them out of my diet. and i only eat liek sun chips or baked chips b/c of the whole grains. and you DO need carbs. like whole wheats and what not and on the plus side if you only drink water those 300 calories per 20z coke disappear and you can eat more to booast your metablisom

i don't know if this works..but my friend told me that is you mulitply your weight by 2, &add a 0, that's how many avg calories you take in. so if you eat less than that in one day, you'll lose one pound happy.gif but you HAVE to eat or else it won't do good.

EXAMPLE= lets say you're 100 pounds
100x2=200
add a 0=2000 calories.
eat 1500 &lose a pound
