Help Plz! Horizontal Problems!, I cannot describle the problem.../.\ Options

I have two frames in my xanga, the RIGHT one is the menu and the LEFT one is the content of my diary.

In the left frame, i don't want to have the horizontal scroll bar. As I removed the bottom horizontal divider, I still have the horizontal scroll bar. I find that I have to scroll the bar to see "Next 5"...How can I solve this problem?
P.S. Actually, I want to see the "Next 5" without using the scroll bar. When I login in the diary, There is a table appear (The table is the one includes Weblog entry) and I just want to see the whole table without moving the scroll bar!

Also, how I can maintain the size of the main part of my xanga when I resize the web browser? I find that my content of the two frames will overlap when I resize the browser~

Make sure all the ###px are the same width. DO NOT change the "table.blogbody td".

Um...your site isn't coming up for me. "Positioning" means playing around with the numbers in the div. Try negative numbers for the left-margin and top-margin, keep fiddling around until the image is in the right place. The "How to Make a Skin" tutorial could help you with that.
