I've recently become a vegetarian. I usually eat two meals a day (maybe some fruit in between). My breakfast usually consists of a whole wheat bagel or some oatmeal along with an equate supplement drink. My dinners have consisted of some sort of pasta meal along with salad.
Now i've been having problems with coming up with dinner ideals. I don't want to be eating all that pasta, not because I don't like it, because I know its high in carbs and all that and i'll start to add weight. Anybody have any easy vegetarian dinner suggestions? |
