i've been on cb for like a month now, and i have noticed that a lot ppl here are really young, but still talented. i see all the banners made, and i visit their pages and stuff. and it all looks good. has anyone thought of doing that as a career?

I really suck compared to some people here on CB, and I have a lot to learn, but I always really wanted to have a job that had something to do with computers and webdesigning...this probably sounds incredibly childish and lame, but it would be so cool if I could get a small job in webdesigning when I'm in college. ._. That's just me.

i always wanted to be a lawyer, but now ive seen the stuff people do on cb and im getting photoshop, i want to know, i dont know, i'll have to see when i get photoshop. But its a highpaying job and you make a lot of money!!!

im already doing a free-lance designing. My friend hooked me up with this company who was just starting. They didnt have any graphic to do their flyers so they hired me. To make sure that they keep, I started charging them half the actual price.. about $150.00 for a club flyer design. Beside I didnt have any degree in designing and i was just a high school student when i first started.
Last night i just finished another design, its for halloween. Theres gona be one at raging waters and pharaoh's lost kingdom. QUOTE hell no...why would you want to sit at acomputer..ALL DAY $200.00 in one night? It wasnt even 8 hrs of work. =p |

See I would like to do ithat as a side job, because like you I do not have a degree in graphic design under my belt right now. Making websites or club flyers seem interesting. There is a guy who went to my school who does someting like that. He does graphics for radio stations (KMEL), websites, 4 Deep (hip-hop group) and night clubs. |
