What's the code for a textarea WITHOUT showing the html? I want to make long text in a post on xanga, but only in a certain area, or textarea, but I don't want the html to show up, like the <br> and stuff. The script in the Xanga Scripts isn't the one i'm looking for. Anyone know what I mean
 ?

^^ but i want to add <br> ....or else everything will be right after the other....right? And I don't want the <br> tag to show up.............

i'm asking for a TEXTAREA code as in the text will be contained in a small area, WITHOUT showing the html |

Insert A <textarea></textarea> and then uncheck "edit HTML"
Then resize the textarea inside the weblog editor and type inside normally, without editing html |

^^Whaa...?? I think I get what you're saying...but not sure. I saw this xanga with this sort of text area. It had a small box, similar to a textarea, but, it had no html. It had a scrollbar though, so the text could be contained in that one spot. I want it so that the spaces show up.
Like here to here. without the <br> showing up //edit: okay, i'll try that largosama //edit...again: Thanks, largosama, it worked. Hooray, I'm happy again
