This problem is occuring everytime i try to change my desktop backround/wallpaper..i go to google images and search for a big desktop backround i want and i right click the pic click "set as desktop backround" and it turns blue. the backround just turns plain blue. the only desktop backround that works is windows xp. wtf? i cant change my desktop backround to other pics!
 everytime i try changing it..it turns blue.
