randomly written in class again...a little out-dated in what its about but meh. not my best, but i kinda like it. *shrug* enjoy. constructive criticism is appreciated.
Princess for a Night Strappy stilettos Click up the winding staircase Tulle skirt Swaying past steps Silky smooth hands Glide up the railway Glowing smile Sitting upon her face All eyes laying on her as she comes into view Utters and whispers Spread quickly through the room Of her grace and of her beauty As her light footsteps Dance across the floor Her smile not once Leaving her features A night filled with laughter She feels surrounded by love As the clock slowly ticks on And the night comes to an unfortunate end The glitter fades away As the room empties out The light sounds of laughter Growing softer and softer And she feels like a princess no longer. |
