since i, truly, am "new" to this forum. =P like most of you said, everyone was once a newbie. but, i've personally read the rules. i suppose that's just an automatic for someone who's a mod on a different forum, right? |

Seriously? I wasn't ever treated like a newbie. A lot of people who were treated like a newb often have to "upgrade" by posting more. Then, they will grow more close to people that have been around longer. I usually don't get close to newbs if I don't get close to them right when I meet them. There are many exceptions, like if I get to know them more.

i treat them with respect and be a bit generous even though that person never contacted me before. if thet newb disrespect me, hell yea.. fck him and be rude to them. Everyone is human and we have lives, we want to be treated good.

everyone starts off as a newbie. i treat them all the same because i know how it feels to go to a forum where you feel so distant from everyone. no matter where you go, there will be mods and higher status people who will treat everyone the same. there will be some nice and sweet ones, then some strict ones, and just some that "knows everything".
but as for me, i know how it is- im an admin at my own kpop forum ^_^ but anyways, just stick around.. not everyone will be as nice and sweet as you want them to, but then there is another good few of us that are very sweet and welcoming :D |
