whoa. if you know good english, can you please type like that? i tihnk you mean a background right? to make it follow, you mean not "fixed"? go to your look&feel (www.edit.xanga.com/claf.aspx). put in the url for the image. hold on, they changed the look of it, so i have to go see it now in order to help you.

get the image URL.
paste it in ur look and feel under *background image* then press fix scroll and edit the looks you want. =] edit: and i'm really late. |

lol sorry. haha yeah, under the background section underneath header, put in the url and choose the option "scroll with page".
