Transparent Scollbar Options

Well I'm trying to get my scoll bar trasparent in a DIV layer code (aka... "Box Xanga") But the scollbar turns green not transparent. I didn't touch the code. But Can someone help me. Like clear things up. Thank you in advance.

use that if you want ALL of the scrollbar to be transparent. you have to customize the script first.
