problem., need advice.. Options

Hey. Well, my friend, let's call her allison. Allison is the gf of one of my good friends, jack. Jack and Allison are the best couple ever, until allison starts liking this other guy named chris. chris likes allison too. Though, allison still likes jack too. ( if you don't get it, allison goes out with jack, but allison likes chris but still likes jack too.) Allison doesn't want to keep anything from jack, so she tells him. jack is feeling really weird and is worried that allison is going to dump him. he wants to dump her to get it over with, but he doesn't want to hurt her and can't bring himself to it. Chris finds out the allison goes out with jack, so he decides to stop liking her because chris and jack are good friends. now allison is all confused and i dunno how to help her out. could you guys gimme some advice? that would be appreciated. thanks.

wow... =\ tough situation... i think first of all if she likes someone else than jack then she shhould break up wit jack first before jack gets really hurt... then if she dont work out with chris then she'll have to wait for another bf?
