bring your best friend, and a trustworthy "big" [MALE] friend. you'll need a pair of trusty nunchucks, good sneakers (incase you need to run). wear something that cannot easily be taken off (dont wear sweats). Oh I have this down to the very last detail, but thats all you really need. have your best friend have a can of mace on her. your big male friend should wear something that makes him feel comfortable incase he needs to rumble.

have u known this guy for awhile now? just please b careful! i kno this one girl who met a guy online. that guy is one of my friends, they talk 3 weeks online, and he bought a plan ticket for her to come to NEw york...they f**ked..and she got pregnant the next month..now they have a baby...!! weird right? |

gosh i can just see this instance in a pbS commerical...whatever you do don't meet him alone you never know what can possible happen, my friend met someone online and i don't trust it at all. i think you should meet him maybe but definately with a few friends!

i've heard so many bad things happen to people who went to meet people online, but i guess if you feel that you need to meet him, then take precautions. one of my friends met this guy she met online in the middle of the night. i would say she's crazy, but she did bring her dog and a big knife =x.. and she's pretty big and diesel. but turns out the two of them clicked and i think she's still going out with him. but then again, the other side is all the rapes, kidnappings etc.. so just be careful.

okay to me...meeting people online and then meeting them in person is super dangerous since a couple of people i know went to jail for it....but if you talk to him longer then a year then i think it is cool....but other than that you really don't know what he is like in person or even how he really looks....but to you the choice is yours....its just that i don't want to see someone getting raped or anything because of meeting someone off the internet

ehh ive met plenty of ppl i met online, none of them have harmed me, i met a 21 yr old once, but that doesnt mean im for this, dont give him accurate details bout wat ur gona wear or how ur gona do ur hair, cuz then he can easily pick u out, if he asks, tell him u change ur mind a lot n that ur undecisive bout ur clothes [thas wat i always sed]

i recently had a similar situation as yours......
but i strongly and personally dont recommend you two meeting together. That person may even be 40, or even a gurl, based upon what is happening these days...
