Ok I have been friends with this guy for 3 yrs and i like him a lot we have gone out once for a while and then broke up and i like him a lot now and i have tlaked to him and he says he likes me too but he doesnt now that i like him and i want to tell him how i feel but he has a girlfriend and i dont knwo wut to do so do i tell him how i feel or just let it be? If you don't tell him, He'll probably like you for some time, but since you, for some reason, don't want to tell him, he'll eventually like someone else.

Tell him that you like him, but if he ask you out, say "NO" because he has a girlfriend. If he breaks up with his girlfriend and asks you out, then I guess that's fine.

hmmm i guess you can tell him before its too late.
but first ask if he still likes his gf. if he says no, then tell him. if he says yes, still tell him. but if possible, try not to get with him. its jst sad for the other girl.
