I want to make a skin but then I dont understand what this is about and how to fill it in. And then I just tried guessing it but then it never worked out so I'm thinking this is the problem... Why do you need this? What is this? How do you fill this in?

yea i read both of them a 1,000 times but i still cant get the numbering and stuff especially the margins....

it mean positive numbers (76) and negative numbers (-76)

positive margin-tops will move the thing down, negatives will move it up, pos margin-left will move right, neg margin-right will move left

Height is how tall the div would be, and width is how wide.
