I only have one piercing on each ear but I'm getting more piercings on my ears soon...I want lip piercings so badly...

wow, a guy w/ a belly button piercing! awesome!! I believe you are free to do what you want with your body (after you're 18 of course!) and i don't see the harm in it. if your parents don't agree then you can't, which i think is stupid. If people want to pierce their bodys then that's just showing the unique person that they are. All i have is

* ears 3 on left and 4 on right (caritlage is peirced on right ear)
* belly button

I remember in 7th grade i wanted my eyebrow peirced, and my mom was actually gonna let me! but then i chckened out.

omgod my industrial.. hurt SO BAD! i cried for DAYS!!!
i have like 13 in my ears..my bellybutton.. my eyebrow, that i did myself =)
im getting my lip when i change schools

if piercings make you look like a freak... imagine getting the crap beat out of you.. when you have like 10 piercings on your face.... he still doesnt look the same. poor Jake.

and if you change your mind about your piercing, you can always take it out

i don't think it wrong. it is your body. and i don't think it hurts it because you get shots and when you have surgery you have to be cut open, so i don't think it is wrong. who ever said it was?

whats wrong with putting holes in your body and sticking decorative items in there to make yourself look more...pretty? shall i say. i dont know why people judge so quickly when they see a guy walking down the street with tattoos and a whole bunch of piercings.

its hard to understand how most parents are like "eek, look at that guy, all those piercings!! you wouldnt want to be like him, would you, honey?" i mean, piercing is our choice. the only consequences(sp?) are pain when piercing and infections. really, mom, i think i can handle it.

my friend's mom won't let her get her ears pierced and she's like, "i'm not putting holes in my body to make myself prettier.."

Why does age determine whether its right or not? Im 15 and I have my eyebrow, lip, and tongue pierced. Does that mean its wrong since im under 18? My parents let me do things the way I want to do them, unless ofcourse they know what im doing is sending me down the wrong path.

i dont think its wrong, but it scares me tho .. i think people should be natural. i hope your not gona regret when you have those holes ... cuz afte 20 years .. people with piercing would probaly regret .. i saw a lady starting to regret becuase she has piercing on her lip, ears, eyes, and everywhere .. and she wants to be normal. she got a surgery and extreme makeover.

i dont see why there is debate on this but it should only be wrong if your doing harm to others or your offending someone.

I think they're fine. It's your body.
It's going to be either YOUR mistake, or something YOU'RE happy with.
I have 4 total. 2 in each ear.
I'm content. I don't need any more piercings, but that doesn't mean they're necessarily "wrong".

so that should make 14 in total I'm 13 and i got my first piercings when i was a lil baby. I only had 1 in each ear until i was 12... but then i started to pierce/stretch my own ears and now i hav 14 piercings. it annoys me how so many ppl thinks i'm "scary" or watever and how parents asks their kids if they're friends with me and all that shit

I don't think there's anything wrong with peircings. It's a way of expressing yourself, and people have the right to do it if they want to.

I only have 2 peircings; One in each ear. I want to get a couple more in the future.

I don't think there is nethin wrong with getting somethan pierced. i think its kinda weird when ppl get their nipples pierced, but i mean whatever, if they do get them pierced then its an interesting conversational piece

when i was 14 i went alittle crazy, and pierced my knuckled wrist and arm, and had a bunch on my ears. but then those bugged me and the knucled one hurt reallyyy bad...im content now, though. i dont want any more excet for a spinal corset and nose ring

i think they should lower the age to 14 for the legal piercing age without parental consent

Theres tons of people who get their ears pierced before the age of 3, I see it everytime I walk by that place at the mall that does free ear piercings.
