she probably used photoshop or paint shop pro and made it 3-d. you can easily do that if you have those programs. if you do, look in the tutorials' section.

On photoshop, you right click on the text layer, go to blending options, and check "bevel and emboss".
To make it more 3-dish, add a drop shadow. |

And also i dont have those programs...but there is no way i can make letters w/ out them?

None. just the regular paint that comes w/ my comp. i dont have the money to buy PSP or anything like that! even tho i want it soooo bad cuz im like a html freak!

Well if you want to make the bubble letters then i suggest you download the trial of psp or photoshop. I don't think you can make bubble letters with paint , if you can its not going to be so easy.
