there isnt a tutorial for blinking text in a banner -- i was wondering if anyone could help me with that ( i have psp9 ) thanks

When you've done that, shade the first letter in the first frame, then the second in the 2nd frame then so on. I hope I helped!

you'll need an animation program to put the frames together. i personally use Animation Shop 3, which comes with PSP.

 anyways..yes u will need an animation program for it to be blinky..try animation shop i think its called..o wait yes it is i just looked above me  so yea ur gona have to dL a free trial of the animation thingy..ill have to look for it for free
