Uhm... not much to say about this one, pretty straight forward piece, if any spelling errors are in this... it's because I wrote this half asleep, so bear with me _smile.gif

And The Saga Continues

Thus my saga continues on
Another fork in the road met – yet past
Yet a intersection of many – another that was conquered
As dawn comes to dusk
And the dusk bores the dawn
My feet tread these paths
Day after day
There seems to be little change
Each day passing offers only the few hours of rest it can afford
On these roads those hours seem so few
In these towns and cities in which I harbor
A shell slowly giving way to these cracks
Their origin of birth from the elements uncontrollable
These places which offer me rest and passage
Seem little different from those in which I have already tread
To me they will bear little change from the paths that lie ahead
This road I walk brings on a new face
Each and every time my eyes are opened
Whether it be the plains of dirt and rock
Or snow, ice, sleet, water or fire
Or a fallen tree that blocks the path of the mindless
Or a barricade that blocks the road unimaginative
These barriers are my life
Shaping me and training me
Until I reach the end of this world
After I have traveled to each and every town and city
To prepare me for this final destination
The death I will succumb to
When I have completed this journey
And completed the task in which I set out
From the beginning
Never losing sight, and that is why
I’ve come so far, and I can’t go back, because I’ve already said good-bye.

Astounding.

You go a different direction.. One that a lot of people, myself included - though I am finding it more and more appealing-, often do not elaborate on.

This is really good.
