Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing...they shouldnt be too small but they shouldnt be "out there"...like it gets annoying whenever I want to hug them their boobs get in the way (well sometimes its good =P)

I hate boobs that literally overflow out of their a girl's chest though. Like, when a girl wears a shirt that doesn't cover anything at all. Jeez.

But I guess your body has to be in proportion with your breast size. I have a friend who's almost a D and she's only 14, but she's kinda big around the tummy area. I imagine her thinner and it just looks weird.
