DIV Layering Problems Options

I've been using the same code to skin my xanga for awhile, and it always worked. But all of a sudden, it's messing up my xanga. My blog doesn't move even when I change the DIV coordinates. With my table of links and information, etc., it'll move, but then it'll duplicate itself. Please help. I'm not going to put my xanga's link here because I didn't save it all messed up, but here's my code:
