my xanga is crying out for major help! Please help

Okay i haven't code this style in so long that i lost my touch, i need major help to restore my memory of how to do this style of a layout :) Please help me! i posted my code below and what the layout looks like, i'm in need of major help, i'll totally link you on my menu side if u could help me ^_^




my mess up xanga...crying out for help.... please help :(

EDIT
also i'm trying to get my menu side to go straight towards the left more.. if that makes any sense... and also if you are wondering where it says the quote music is the every heart of child.. below that is a darkplayer(well i havent put it in yet) just in case you were wondering about that empty spot... thanks in advance for the help if someone helps me.. i really apperciate it...

oh nevermind .. umm have u tried to click middle on the top of L&F? not really sure.

well what im basically trying to do is stretch my blog text font more and move my menu text more to the left side of in its box and in a straight line if that makes any sense...

if you know anything about image mapping.. then you might be able to fix this problem.. all you need to do is mess with the code a little bit.. and adjust the margin-top or w/e to where you want it to be.. If I knew better where you wanted everything on your page.. I might be able to help.. I once had to do this to fix a friend`s xanga.. and we learned about it in Web Design II.. haha so yeah let me know what your tryin to do..
