-the pop up at the beginning is annoying
-the checker box bg makes me dizzy
-the blog width is smaller than the actual blog size
-the color doesn't match

-add banner maybe?
-make something in programs such as photoshop
-look at peoples' xanga to get some idea?

you could just get the code out of your website stats or look and feel, whereever you put that code

make a new bg, if you don't have photoshop or paintshop pro, use paint and try to play around with pictures and writings... there are tutorials on ms paint in the tutorial section

I still don't really understand why there's a horizontal scrollbar in your entry...maybe change that? Make the width wider. If you need help, please post your code up.
