I was at a volleyball tournament, and I didn't know that I would be menstruating. D:
It was my first time and. I had terrible cramps. I thought it was from running around then nibbling on some food and running around again, so I stopped eating. I figured out it was my period when I got home. >~< |

overall my first period was light and easy
the sucky part was it started for the firts time (i was starting 9th grade, summer) and i started at BAND CAMP 90 degree weather marching constantly and not sure was my body would do to me (cramps, periiod stuff) freaked me out and made me feel shitty and uncomfortable the whole week my mum was freaking out, but my sister helped (finding pads from other people since i didn't pack any)me since she started the month before me ^____^ cramps and pads do not go well with 90 degree weather while marching for three hours= started a good time for me to say "one time at band camp" |
