Okay, well Ive been starting to like this guy and the other day my best friend instant messages me like Do you like him? I told her a little. She freaked out. Shes like oh boy but I like him too omgg! she got mad at me for a while. Now shes not talking to me. I told her I don't really like him but she's still all pissy about it. Better yet, this isn't the first time it's happened. I don't know what to do...I appologize and it doesnt work. I'm trying not to talk to the guy either but nothings working out. I NEEEEED HELLPP! :(

Your friend isn't exactly being a friend over the matter. If she really was your friend she'd understand that you're a girl and that you've got feelings and if you end up liking the same guy it's not the end of the world. The worst thing that could happen would be if one of you were lying, which obviously isn't the case...so you should be proud of actually letting her know regardless of how she personally feels. Honesty is the key to success in any relationship and/or friendship.
If she continues to put you down and not respect your feelings, then I would part ways...at least for a while. |

^yes, I agree..but I think that if you two are really good friends, then definitely save your relationship with her, rather than go after some boy.

u really gotta talk to her... something similar happend wit me and my friend last year.. eventually she'll get over it, i think. but you shud talk to her and try to explain even more and if she doesn't listen to u and doesn't get over it... try to ferget bout it and move on, hopefully she'll do that same...if she don't, don't care bout what she thinks anymore.. i dont think you'll have that much problems wit it though. i hope she moves on!

it's not your fault you like him....sometimes your feelings has a mind of its own..she doesn't have any right to be mad at all because it's not like she's dating him or has any claim on him. You don't have to put up with any of her mood swings or w/e. If she can't respect your feelings for this guy and be selfish like the way that she's acting now...I think your little friendship should take a break.

No offense but your friend sounds like shes being a total bitch about this. Who cares if she's mad at you (if you appologied and shes still mad then that's just gay.) .. Do what your heart says!

talk to her...if things dont work out then i guess get new friends...that kinda happened to my friends and now my group of friends r splitted into 2 groups..its kinda sad..hopefully things will work out between u two..

tell your friend to get over herself. just cos you like someone she does, she throws a hissy fit? tell her you cant help who you like, and if she doesnt accept it it, then you dont really need to be around a person with that kind of attitude do you ?
