Do u see those color changes at the bottom of the screen?

well i have the color codes and everything. but i want to put that in my header also, that way ill have it in two places. anyone ? have a code for it? and then i'll just add my colors.

I think you can use the same code, but put it somewhere in the Header html place...

Put that in your header so that they will be at the top. And if you add this one that means you will have one at the bottom and the top.
