who actually does get really bad cramps ? cos i have this one friend who gets them really bads, but me i dont get nothing. sometimes it feels like my legs like..being tortured but thats not very often at all.
just wondering. if theres already a topic about this, calm your balls and dont post saying `bla bla theres already one about this` |

heehee i'm first.
anyways, yeah, i get cramps almost every month. they are SO annoying...especially if you're at school. i like dont feel like talking or doing anything when i have cramps.  it sucks.

I don't get much cramps, but I get really strong headaches, only sometimes though.
Usually it's just minor headache. |

I have cramps every month...I have to take Midol to stop the pain. The cramps normally last for the first three days....meh, then the pain goes away and it's a relief.

Nothing happens when I'm on my period, though my friends would get these bad cramps where they'd PMS and it kind of makes me feel so bad..

i always get cramps...
 the day before i get my period and the day of are the worst...it's as if nails are being scraped against my insides

The only time I have cramps is the day before my period. It's really odd. Though, it doesn't hurt thatbad.

I ALWAYS get cramps when my period just starts for the 2 days. Ill complain and my mom gets pissed at me
 i just shove junk food in my mouth and it helps. lols

I get cramps sometimes, but they aren't that bad. I can stand them without pain relievers.

I used to get cramps when I was in 8th grade... But that's about it. When freshman year came, I didn't have cramps anymore. Before, I would be in huge pain and once had to stay in the nurse's office..
I was dying during P.E. ><
