No, ofcourse not.. the cramps, the refreshing the tamps, the uncomfortableness, feeling like your fainting.. who would love that?

at times i feel empowered because i am going through this hardship every month when men do not. but then the cramps start kicking in where i almost double over in pain, and i sometimes can't handle all of it. it gives me reponsiblities and to see if i can take care of myself. in the end, it is half and half.
how i help myself out when i am on my period i like hot showers and if you have a jet or sprayer on your shower head, direct it towards your stomach and back for a massage. works everytime. if you are wearing a pad [big mistake] make sure you are wearing pj pants along with your underwear. get a roll of toilet paper, fold alot of it into a square knowing that it won't leak onto your bed, and place the toilet paper near the back of your behind [in your undies] since it normally trails to your back end when you wake up and see a spot. throw it out when you wake up and you'll see what you COULD have gotten when you woke up if you didn't have it. another crazy thing is to tape your pad super close to your body so it doesn't spill. i know it sounds so idiotic, but it works for me. and it isn't uncomfortable. even with school, try and get inner peace and be nice to everyone know that you can go through with it and look on the bright side even when you're at your lowest, but highest on the pain scale! tampons are the way to go. i know i could get tss, but i wear super plus sized tampons so they have a less tendency of leaking. if it does leak, and you don't have time to change it, always make sure to wear a panty liner just in case. listen to some fun music and dance or do sit ups. it helps out cramps. i try and not take too many naps even though i makes me so tired, because it will make you end up as groggy as you can ever be [by experience] try and make this week of pain enjoyable to you. treat yourself right. do what you enjoy. light some candles and listen to soothing music spa time. paint your toe nails.. finger nails.. face masks away work for me. pads and tampons are both messy in its own way, just wash your hands and shower and much as possible.

Errm, maybe it's because mine is starting to settle down on me. I've only had mine for 2 years, but I'm currently on mine and this time...It's a lot nicer, haha. I only experiences light cramping the 1st day and my heaviest day wasn't as heavy as the last times I've had it...So I'm starting to like this mentraul thing.

Are you kidding me? I hate my period. I dont know why but I never really feel the cramps. However I hate how I am so tomboyish to the point that I actually forget my period is taking place. And so leaves a red circle in my pants if I'm not wearing black. I don't know why but my period has been weak lately. It only ran for 3 days then it stopped and came a month later which also ran for 3 days. I guess it's because I keep skipping meals? Oh well.
Well to answer your question again, I simply hate my period...period. |

No, not at all. Because:
A) I always run high fevers, the kind that brings you to the hospital B) My cramps are so bad I literally can't move, I have prescription pills C) My body aches D) Before my period, maybe 2 weeks before, I start getting insanely bitchy and I cry way too often However, I don't have to worry about that for a while now, so...yay! =] |

who in the right mind would enjoy having their period?????
I mean you are so limited when your period comes. You can't have sex, you get moody, you get cramps, you're afraid your pants will get bloody, some people break out, so yeah.. PERIODS ARE pain in the arse. Fricken annoying way of getting rid of the egg every month, until menopause. |
