It's pretty much a "disorder" people have for sweaty hands, palms, or feet when they're nervous or it just happens outta nowhere. Like when ur nervous ur palms and feet sweat uncontrollably. Out of all the people I know, I'm the only one who has it.
Kinda bothers me, like when I'm at school it happens out of nowhere, and sometimes I get nervous so my hands are sweating for the whole day. And u know, if ur a guy, u give ur friends props n pounds, around the hallways so they gimme this face like "wth?" when my hands are wet.  .Does anybody here have this? I know, weird post, but I been wondering lol. I know I'm not the only one in the world, but lets see. If any of u have it, share ur stories loll. If not, do u know anybody with sweaty palms? I just hate how my hands sweat so much that it bothers my school work n my self-esteem. Sweat gets all smudged on my paper n notebooks, u know?  . Also, when I'm playin football with my friends n my hands are wet, I can't even throw the football cuz it slips from my hands lol. Who else here has this??

I have the sweaty feet... not the hands.
 My feet feel hot and sweaty, and this may sound disgusting and it is, but, i have to live with it feeling all wet.

Wow... I don't have that. I feel bad for the people who has that. I know some people that goes to my church has that. When they get so excited or nervous, they get so sweaty. Like they just came back from the fitness club. They smell too... eck

My hands use to get sweaty a lot back when I was super duper nervous about something. I always dreaded that my hands would sweat when I'd have to hold hands with my boyfriend. Haha.
 But now they don't sweat anymore. |

i KINDA do. but not alot of sweat. i think i get it from my mom. her hands sweat alot so most of the time you see her, she's holding a crumpled up napkin.

well my hands get sweaty after i put on lotion. no matter how many times i wipe them the sweat just keeps coming. haha. but my brother claims he has sweaty hands like crazy. his hands are always wet. my parents said theres a surgery you can get to stop your hands from sweating so much. and they also said that rubbing a snakes skin helps too. sounds farfetched but yea.

I'm not sure if mine is THAT bad, but I may have it. When I'm writing and stuff my hand tends to slip down the pencil sometimes. Usually it's a cold sweat. But other times my hands are bone dry and frozen (for no reason..
)

i have it. go to a dermatologist. they have either botox injections (dont ask how that works) or this stuff called drysol. drysol works great, i love it.

yes i have sweaty hands they sweat whenever im nervous excited or just hot but i dont sweat that much just enough to annoy me and it sucks

my mom has it...her hands and feet...its all red too...too much blood pumping into her...its totally healthy, no worries...i guess just wipe ur hands before u shake someone's hands

My friend does all the time. She got this spray stuff that helped a lot. I can't remember the name. But it worked really good.
