It's not a matter of WHERE, it's HOW.
You have to plan, and you make something off photoshop or some other program and then you code it. |

PLEASE dont spam. and the answer is you can make a layout with a program such as paintshop pro, photoshop, and even MS pain (which is already installed on windows computers).
