It is blurry, but not because you used paint. Lots of people on here use paint and they dont come out blurry. It's probably because of what you saved it as. Try saving is as a gif next time. I really like the cow though; he's so cute!!

Try using a transparent scrollbar too. It's pretty plain but I like the cow, though it's low quality. It's pretty simple though. (Hmm sorry if posting that link is against the rules, I'm not so sure on that) |
