i wanna know . how to make everything gray .. but one part is the original color .. like how her shirt is blue . but everythin is gray .. can you help me please . thank you :D

hmm i would think she took a grey photo and colorized the shirt .. iono im guessing
but like you can use photoshop for colorizing .. if that what she did what program do you have? |

ok well i think you can umm take a grey photo then look in the tutorial section or @ good tutorials and find a colourizing link and i guess you can do that'
