okay so my brother is just plain mean..and he doesnt let me play gunbound. he untinstalled it the last time i installed it. he told me not to install it, but i wondered WHY is it his problem to control what i install? we dont even share computers. so i installed it again, and he found out. i dont know what the heck he did, but when i turned on my comptuer on the desktop there was an icon with a blue key on it..he titled it "click with wrong pw and entire computer will be locked up" me being curious i clicked it and this thing popped up and im like...waht is this

so anyone know what it is? the weird thing is that i already uninstalled gunbound..so i dunno. whats it supposed to do? is it suposed to prevent me from playing gunbound because i think i can just install it again and start playing...
