help on disappear modules., my module disappears. Options

I don't really know if there is already an open topic about this. I'm just getting really frustrated. It is a pretty general question that I am sure people are tired of looking at but I just can't get it to work.

Anyway, I already have the code to add just a custom module without replacing all of them. It works if I just leave like it is without actually putting anything into the Module. It also works if I replace "put your title here" and well obviously I change it to my title. However, It will not work whenever I try to replace anything where it says "Place module content". The whole Module just disappears.

Any suggestions?
