I just graduated this past year and I never asked a guy to Sadie Hawkins while I was attending school! I was always concerned on who to ask, how to ask them, and if they would turn me down....so I never had the courage to do it!!

we actually do have a sadie hawkins dance. but only the older girls ask the guys out. otherwise.. its basically dead. i wish i had to guts to do anything... but i dont. sad.gif

We just had ours. I went with one of my friends, but now we're dating. And on Valentine's Day, I can't see him *sob*. Anyway, yeah. Our's doesn't ever have a theme, but the one at my old school's theme was Pirates of the Caffitorium (It was in the Caf)

Alright, I was gonna make a new topic about Sadies but I found this one! Yay---- Revived!
Our Sadie Hawkins is on the 18th of this month aaaand I've found a guy to ask (actually he was my homecoming date). Our school is REALLY into this dance by means of how the girls ask the guys. So far this week it's been bad competition.
  • One girl delivered a box to one of the "potential date"'s classes and it had a note that said "(Her Name) will ask you to Sadies when pigs fly." He opened the box and a bunch of pink huge balloons with wings and pig faces floated up. Hence... flying hahah. Yes it's corny.
  • Another girl somehow managed to get his backpack and filled it with a lot of butter one day. The next, she managed to fill it with popcorn. On the third day there was a note saying "Now that I've buttered you up I can pop the question." And she asked him.
Anyway these are just two crazy things that girls have done. There's tons more that's already happened. The guy I'm asking is a real close buddy so I'm up for almost anything. It's my senior year too so I want it to be something big happy.gif Any original ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
Btw- I've got a few ways if any girls need some this time of year too!
