Its a Ballad...its meant to rhyme every other line..did for my english assignment Its also the first thing i've ever written in my life that rhymes haha~
Give me feed back..good, bad..whatever u feel ^__^

Silence


As he sat there and stared upon
The lonely blue-grey skies
Once he slowly began to play
Small tears dropped from his eyes

He tightly shut his eyes hoping
Time would not fly so fast
All he wanted was one more chance
To go back to the past

He sat there gazing in the sky
As rain began to fall
the droplets beating on the ground
He heard no sound at all

He felt as if he was alone
The thought was killing him
He continued to play the tune
It sounded very dim

When her presence began to fade
He rose up from his chair
The only thing she left behind
The sweet smell of her hair

He tried to call her one more time
But all he heard was rain
Though he pretended not to care
He felt enormous pain

“Why does it have to end like this?”
Was all he asked himself
He walked slowly to go remove
Her pictures from the shelf

He did everything that he could
He wanted to advance
He closed his eyes just one last time
All he heard was Silence
