if you tease her too much,you can get 2 things, 1 make her to fallinlove,and 2 you to get a big punch in your "balls" or one of your eyes :P (you really have to know,when/how to do`it,and most of all you have to control yourself,you need to know when take`it as a serious thingy or just a joke.and when to stop.)

build some type of a relationship with her close friends first, so they can approve of you and maybe also help you. also, be nice and kind to her, but not too much to freak her out. finally, kind of flirt with her, say she's kind of pretty or something. ask her out, offline. on your knee's. hell yeah.
