That's why my mother always keeps 2-3 extra rolls on TOP of the toilet at all times lol.
 haha but yea I hate having to put the toilet paper on the dispenser thing just so I can use it after I do my "business."

Surprisingly.... it's never happened to me... but then again I don't go in public stalls very often.
