i found this skin that i like (http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=whispered_rose_layout) but i don't know how to make some changes to it. like how can i make the big box and the text box bigger? i post pics on my xanga often and the box is too small for the pics. maybe its better to remove it? i dunno. someone please help.

You can't make the big box bigger because it's apart of the image, and because the text box is aligned to fit with the big box, you can't, or shouldn't change its size. You could scale your pictures down, or host them with ImageShack, which give you clickable thumbnails.

Yup she is right... Changing the text box would skrew up the layout. So do what she said and use thumbnails.
