Problems with birthday countdown code, please help Options

Hi all,

I want to put a birthday countdown on my xanga. and i want the font to be in red color. i've change all the hex code to FF0000 but it appears that only the words " my birthday" are in red, whereas the words " XX days until" are in black.

what is wrong with this code? can someone please enlighten me?

and one more question. where should i place this code if i want the birthday countdown to appear at the lower right hand side of my page?

I'm using that birthday countdown code too... and I realised that you have to change the normal text color in your look and feel page as well.
