Beginner here! I need to know which programs work the best for making Xanga skins in the least amount of time as it is something I will be doing in a class for a project of mine. Thanks to all that reply.

You can use a lot of programs such as Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. Whichever you're better at.

I think the best is the best paint shop you can work with. Making blends as banners are always best, so you can't do that on Paint. anyways, it's really how you're expierienced in doing what in which paint shop. |
