besides this question, i have another question also: i have panty liners and 3 hours after the panty liner is all bloody and lots of blood is in my pants and panties., and my panty liner is in the correct position. what should i do to prevent this problem?

i always have this problem since i have more blood than others...><
thats no way unless you use the ones with 32cm(supposed to be used at night) on daytime and change it regularly make sure you make it tightly stick on yr panty and with the right position dont use those extra thin ones as their capasity is not enough |

my period lasts for a week..sometimes a little longer
the bulk of the blood and whatnot lasts for about 3-4 days but after that, i get traces of leftover stuff...it takes a few days for that crap to clear up... ![]() |

mine usually lasts about 6 or 7 days..you need to use pads or tampons, pantiliners doesnt usually help..

5 days the max, with a very, very light discharge afterwards.
1. Get a pad, not a pantyliner. Those are for the 2. Get tampons. If you do get them, change them within an 8-hour time interval. Otherwise, you would get TSS. That's not good. |

Anywhere from 5-7 days. And pantyliners are only when your flow is light. I suggest pads or tampons.
