Scrollbar, Where it says name, birthday, ect? Options

Hmm .. I was wondering ; you know how you can put a scrollbar in the Subscribtions module? Is there a code where I can put a scrollbar in the first, main module? Where it says Name, Birthday, Age .. ect?

I heard that there were scrollbars in all the modules you can do.
