UmmM I was wondering.. For photoshop cs 8, If you have a picture of a person, how do you select the person only without the background. I tried using the magic wand but it sometimes selects part of the background. Could somebody please help me?

You have to outline it by hand. If you know how to use the pen tool you can use that.. Or the polygonal lasso tool or something.
Here's a tutorial that might help: http://www.imanimetions.net/tutorial/tutor...hp?view=extract |
