tutorial for fonts?

im only using this font to give an example. (the font comes like this)

but on other fonts, how do people make it so theres a border along the edges of the font? i looked in the tutorial section but i cant seem to find it. thanks.

First type the words, then right-click on the text layer. Click on blending options and add a stroke.

um i know this may sound as stupid as it is, but where is the text layer and what program are you talking about? i only have animation shop and psp. ermm.gif

i think she's talking about photoshop. i have photoshop too, so i can't help you there pinch.gif

oh my. i dont think downloading the free trial will ever happen. itll take 5 hours...
does anyone know how to make borders along the edges of fonts on any other programs? thanks.

Eh. Open MS. Word..
Press the 3-d A that should be on the bottom.
pick your font, fize, and type whatever you want.
The toolbar that's on top.. or whatever. mini-toolbar, click the paintbrush and paintcan, and in the 2nd column, uneder line>color: pick the color of the line.
And the fill is the color of the inside. ;]

then press print screen.. open up MS. paint, and press ctrl + V. and uh edit whatever. ;]
