how do you make avatars/icons like this:





how do you make the part where she is moving the video thing....how do you attach that do an avatar/icon?????????

you have animation shop right? make two pic one regular one and that small one copy and paste the small one ont the bigger one with animation shop and then you save it.
there are many mays of making that..

she had a small video, which she probably reduced the size of, and she placed it on top of the big unanimated picture in the frames in imageready or animation shop.

um is animation shop like free...i meant is there a free version of it???? probably not......thankies......

Animation Shop comes free with PSP, so if you have PSP, then you have Animation Shop. Imageready comes free with PS. They're pretty much the same thing.

It's called a mini movie. Takes a lot more steps than what some of the people here have written. And, like everyone said, you need Animation Shop or Paint Shop Pro to do it.

oh ic.............psp is paint shop pro right???? crap i dont have THAT .....hmmmm....well thanks anyway.....can you use windows mo....nvm i odnt think itll work
